gn-uploader: Serve static files via nginx.
* genenetwork/services/genenetwork.scm: Import nginx from (gnu
packages web), python from (gnu packages python), (guix build
python-build-system) and (guix packages).
(gn-uploader-nginx-server-block): Serve static files via nginx.
