gn: genenetwork3: Use upstream python-pingouin.
* gn/packages/genenetwork.scm (python-seaborn-without-tests,
python-pingouin-with-working-python-seaborn): Delete variables.
(genenetwork3)[propagated-inputs]: Replace
python-pingouin-with-working-python-seaborn with upstream
python-pingouin.
