Rename guix.scm to manifest.scm.

We only have a manifest, not a package definition. So, rename it as
such, making `guix shell' invocations briefer.

* guix.scm: Rename to manifest.scm. In documentation comments, make
`guix shell' implicitly pick up the manifest file.
* README.org (Using): Make `guix shell' implicitly pick up the
manifest file.
