Upgrade to bleeding edge (ccwl graphviz).
This fixes a few bugs and brings in new features from (ccwl graphviz).
* guix.scm: Import (gnu packages autotools), (guix git-download)
and (guix packages). Prefix (gnu packages bioinformatics) imports with
guix:.
(ccwl): New variable.
