Add trailing slash to GN_SERVER_URL.
Without the trailing slash, the urllib.parse.urljoin function produces
the wrong endpoint.
* genenetwork-development.scm (genenetwork2-cd-gexp): Add trailing
slash to GN_SERVER_URL.
