Adds an after hook to gn2-smoke-tests that queues gn2-auth-flow-tests
on success, matching the pattern used for gn3-auth-flow-tests.
The new gn2-auth-flow-tests job:
- runs pytest -m "gn2 and auth_flow"
- uses the standard setup/teardown lifecycle (provisioned test users
and OAuth2 client, same as gn-auth and gn3 auth-flow jobs)
