<p>RNA was extracted using the RNeasy mini kit (Qiagen, Valencia, CA, USA) according to the manufactures&rsquo; procedure. 2100 BioAnalyzer (Agilent Technologies) was used to evaluate RNA integrity and quality. Samples with RNA Integrity Numbers (RIN values) &gt; 8.0 were run on Affy MoGene1.0 ST at the UTHSC</p>
