<p>Primary human bronchial epithelial cells were provided by Scott H. Randell (Marsico Lung Institute, Tissue Procurement and Cell Culture Core, The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, USA). The cells were obtained under protocol 03-1396 approved by the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Biomedical Institutional Review Board. The RNA-seq was carried out by the Molecular Resource Center at UTHSC.</p>
