Remove NamedTuple import.

AuthorizationCodeMixin. Delete unnecessary comment.
(AuthorisationCode.response_type): Make this a cached_property.
(AuthorisationCode.get_nonce): Delete. This is not defined in the
RFC6749 spec.
(save_authorisation_code): Replace _asdict() with asdict(...).
