Simplify how chromosomes are fetched
* wqflask/base/species.py: Import "Any" and "Union". (TheSpecies): Add type hints. Get rid of redundant "if ... else" statement. (IndChromosome.mb_length): Add type hints. (Chromosomes): Inject conn and add type hints.
