The latest and the greatest cl.scmgh-e9a93584/15/Brainiarc7/patch-3
Key changes:
1. Bumped up Arrayfire, Boost Compute, clFFT and clBLAS.
2. A working version of LLVM 3.8, clang 3.8 and clang-runtime (Thanks, Roel Janssen).
3. WIP: pocl. Last piece of the puzzle.
