What happens in the following scenarios:
- A user uploads data.
- Before the data is approved, they upload the same data but modified in the upload page.
- Someone tries to merge the changes consecutively.
Above, there will be a race-condition.
### Resolution
The race condition is an edge-case that hasn't been hit by anyone. Also, the entire authentication system is being re-worked, naturally killing this issue's relevance.
