issues: quality-control: close file upload issue with ningle
The culprit was hunchentoot. I switched to using woo instead. https://github.com/fukamachi/woo

+I was able to fix the issue by using woo instead of hunchentoot.
+
+Hunchentoot handles POST content naively, and it puts all data in memory.
+
+Woo does the "right thing" out of the box.
