<p><b>RNA Extraction</b></p> <p>RNA was extracted using the RNeasy mini kit (Qiagen, Valencia, CA, USA) according to the manufactures’ procedure. 2100 BioAnalyzer (Agilent Technologies) was used to evaluate RNA integrity and quality. Samples with RNA Integrity Numbers (RIN values) > 8.0 were run on Affy MoGene1.0 ST at the UTHSC</p>
