Rename glossary.py to markdown_routes.py
Evary page with markdown content will have routes added in
markdown_routes.py
* markdown_routes.py: New file.
* wqflask/wqflask/glossary.py: Delete it.
* wqflask/wqflask/__init__.py: Update import.
