Test the creation of the_species, indchromosomes and chromosome objs
* wqflask/tests/unit/base/test_species.py (TestTheSpecies): Delete.
(TestIndChromosome): Move to pytest and parametrize.
(TestChromosomes): Ditto.
(test_species): Ditto.
