* gnu/packages/emacs-xyz.scm (emacs-bbdb): Update to 3.2.
[source]: Use GNU ELPA.
[build-system]: Use emacs-build-system.
[arguments]: Ignore "bbdb-vm.el".  Remove unnecessary phases.
[home-page]: Switch to GNU ELPA URI.
