genenetwork-full-system: Do synchronised release
Do a syncronised release of the genenetwork full system (it's not
actually full, since gn-uploader is not yet part of the release, but
it's good enough), with the following commits for the various parts:
* GeneNetwork2: deb8d7241f1ca05865fababc2799ead9a684f8be
* GeneNetwork3: 9f27bdc3ca41e09a090093bc36f48851fcc4fc42
