+1. Add the percentage of variance accounted for by each trait to the table (these values should have been calculated for the Scree Plot, so they should be available)

+2. Add option to switch axes for the Factor Loadings Plot
+
+3. Change Factor Loadings Plot to not use blue text
+
+4. Fix width of Factor Loadings Tables
