This repository contains the software to analyses a malaria infection
dataset with outcomes.
# Installation
Install RStudio with R.
Packages can be installed with, for example
install.packages("tidyverse")

# Data
This is pre-published data. At this point contact KEMRI if you
want access. The following datasets are available:
# Methods
The data is from 4 sampling locations with lots of measurements. The
goal is to find predictors for outcomes. Since this is small-sized
data we can use correlation and linear models using R.
Methods used are correlation, linear regression, principle component
analysis, category analysis and multi-level linear models.
